Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. VISA, Mater Card, Amex, Delta and Debit. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via the internet link on this site.

Shipping And Handling All Shipments are made next day before 4.00PM subject to availability. If a delay should occur beyond this you will be contacted as to the status of your order. Carriage charges are for UK mainland only. Please contact us for carriage charges outside UK mainland Hardware orders under £600.00 will be charged at £12.00 + VAT Carriage. Hardware orders over £600.00 will be carriage FREE. Receipt rolls and labels 1-5 boxes £12.00 + vat carraige. For quantities above 5 boxes please call for carraige charges.

Delivery Schedule All Shipments are made next day before 4.00PM subject to availability. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 28 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
